Advantage and North Yorkshire Police Host a Successful Open Day
The recent Police-Training.co.uk Open Day at York St John University was an unqualified success, with all elements of the seminar generating very positive feedback from the delegates.
The highlight of the day was an address by Mr Robin Field-Smith MBE, whose presentation outlined the work of HM Inspectorate of Constabulary and the relevance of training to the Police Force as a whole.
Chief Constable Della Cannings of North Yorkshire Police introduced the event, and Kim White of West Mercia Constabulary spoke about the challenges of police training. Addresses were also given by Nicky Wearmouth of North Yorkshire Police, Jan Harris of JH1 Associates, and Godfrey McFall and Nick Whitehead of Advantage.
Advantage would like to thank all those who attended, speakers and delegates alike, for their contribution to making the day a resounding success.
