Reporting

This article discusses the reporting capability within FARYNOR.

Can the system produce reports that indicate the effectiveness of Fire Safety work in reducing risk?
Yes, the outcomes recorded for jobs can be used to track the changes that arise as a result of the inspections. Over time this will build up a picture that can be aggregated to indicate the benefits of Fire Safety work as the overall risk level across the fire ground reduces.

Does the system audit all changes to the information held?
FARYNOR™ records changes made and presents these in the History tabs on for Property for example. The fields that generate an audit trail can be extended to cover all fields as required by a particular Fire Service.

Can user defined reports be generated?
FARYNOR™ provides extensive reporting facilities to produce pre-defined reports. In addition, mail merge definitions can be made to allow documents to be published with data extracted from the system. Finally, the database is open for use by industry standard reporting tools such as Crystal Reports or Business Objects.
