Can the system calculate a risk score based on information held about a property?
A number of different schemes for calculating the risk score against a property have been described by separate Fire Services, consequently, at present FARYNOR holds the resulting risk score allowing each method to be used external to the system. However, automated calculation can be added to the system as a new module (an overview is presented in the Product Overview section of the web site). This can be implemented so that each Service can use their own methodology or enabled for some/all to use.
Consideration has also been given to the data requirements of FSEC. FARYNOR™ holds all the relevant information for FSEC and can be enhanced to use these algorithms as required.

Can the system produce a random selection of properties based on risk score?
Yes a standard report is included in the system which will produce a random selection of properties from defined risk bands. This could be enhanced to accommodate local requirements which would also include the length of time since last inspection, for example.
